Seat Covers

Will 04 sport covers fit my 00 seats?
I notice that the foam part no. are not the same

I guess they are the same, maybe the frame is were the different foam is used.

I've got two friends that had their standard seats reupholstered or converted to the sport seat style so it shouldn't be any problem.

Was it just a matter of changing the foam and seat covers/skins, or was did they have to change the frame as well?
