Competition Mode
I read somewhere that if you hold the Traction Control button down for a certain period of time it is put in a competition mode. I have the F45 selective ride system and it has the competition mode that I can set with the three position switch. Is this the samething? If not what is the difference.

No its not the same. Your switch is for the suspension. If you hold down the traction control button for about 5 seconds, seems like forever when you do it, it will switch to competition mode. That will turn off traction control but leave active handling enabled.
