Default unlowered my vette

After a poor attempt at rebuilding my front lowering bolts due to an unsuccessful quest for purchasing new oem ones, I've finally unlowered my front end. Thanks to another forum member who removed their front bolts without cutting or otherwise molesting them and selling them to me, I got under there and swapped them out putting my ride back to stock height and even added about a quarter inch. Took it out for a ride to settle it down some and even though the rear is a bit too high ( I plan to lower it back down a tiny bit. Too floaty on a long sweeper) I am fully impressed with the ride. it even feels more quick to turn. I went to gas up and for the first time i did NOT scrape on anything. Yay, No more cringe driving. I laugh at speedbumps now. I know they look meaner when they're lower but the peace of mind of being able to drive my car worry free in real world driving conditions is worth it. By the way i have a nice set of front lowering bolts completely clean of rubber for sale if anyone wants to lower their ride without cutting your stock bushings. PM me.

Glad you like the new setup... I would keep my guard up. Some speedbumbs and driveways are misleading, the corvette s still low even at the stock height!!! Have fun!!!

I like the way a lowered Vette looks but mine grounds out way too much at stock height!

I hate speed bumps there are far too many here in the UK!

You know they are sometimes refered to as sleeping Policemen here!

I can think of a few I would like to run over!
