The Bullets do drone at certain RPMS, but everyone's ears are different so you really have to ride in someone else's car first before you buy if you want to be really safe. What might bother one person, may not bother the next.
It is a great sounding loud exhaust though. I switched down to the BB PRT's because I take a lot of longer highway crusies etc... and long term the drone got to me...plus I have heads/cam and longtube headers which does not help the car get quieter
My little bro has them, straight pipes with no mufflers. Loud as hell and severe drone compared to my Borla Stingers. The B&B sound great if you like to be loud all the time. The Stingers with my set up, make sweet music the entire time. WOT they are about the same as far as loudness is concerned. The pich is completely different though. Woudn't change the Borla for anything.
Just like the title asks, does the B&B bullet system have a lot of drone? I am coming from an LT1 camaro w/flowmaster catback and that had some drone(A4) but I got used to it, anyone have any idea how it will compare? Thanks, love the site!
Does a bear crap in the woods? Joking aside, I think any after-market exhaust system drones with a Vette. Kind of comes with the territory.
The bullets probably drone more than most (and probably more than your flowmasters), but it also sounds fantastic will get you more attention than most of the others.
B&B has some quieter systems (the PRT and Route 66's) if you are looking for less drone but they won't sound near as aggressive as the bullets. The B&B quad oval tips are some of the best looking ones I've seen on a C5. Good luck.
