My C5 came with all the options including the rocking-sometimes-works-sometimes-doesn't-loud-noise-making driver's seat, complete with a broken motion arm no doubt caused by someone who didn't turn off the easy entry feature based on the hole in the carpet!
because its a wear item I didn't want to buy a used one, I wanted a new one. they are so expensive it took me a while to get one. so I finally decided I needed to get it replaced. Gene's price was great for the part. he said it would take a couple of days for him to get it, well a couple of days later the UPS guy dropped it off at my house while I was home for lunch.
I had asked Gene a question on his web site and he called me very promptly with an answer, I got my order placed and received the part in no time! That's great customer service! Now I just need to figure out how to get it installed, it doesn't look too bad though.
Thanks for the plug and I appreciate your continued business. It is good, patient, people like you who make it worth doing this every day! Good luck with your project.

Man! It's been awhile since I saw a Gene attaboy thread and I would hope that it doesn't mean Forum participation has lessened. I'm blessed to have Gene in my back yard so to speak and 'am on the band wagon myself and amazed at the consistency of his continued customer support, great pricing, very fast shipping and customer satisfaction. Thanks Gene for being here for us.

Yep...I recently ordered a set of tire sensors for my 98 vert and Gene had them to me quick. I'll be dealing with him more in the future...count on it!

Thanks, Gene.
My pleasure Gene, It was great doing business with you, I certainly will go so again the next time the need arises. The seat track install looked scarier than I had thought when I finally got the seat out, but it really wasn't that bad. It ended up taking about 2 hours start to finish. Not bad at all.
Being relatively new here, I have never heard of Gene... but based on what you guys said, I bookmarked his website. I am most likely a future customer!
Add my at a boy to the list.
Ordered a set of rotors on Saturday.
Got a Email on Monday telling me It would take a day or so to pack them up and send them out.
Tuesday another Email with a tracking number.
Wednesday UPS is at my door.
At a boy Gene!!!!
It is truely amazing to see the support that you guys provide. That keeps me going and keeps the fire burning. I'll be honest, Corvette customers are tough cookies and I take a beating, but I wake up every morning to take another, lol.
Although, I measure my true friends by how the act when things go really wrong or are really bad and during those times the forum members have stood tall next to me.
No matter what I'm doing, that always sticks in the back of my mind. When the tough got going for me, a lot of people (personally), got going instead of sticking by me.
I don't take that forum support for granted.
Old55, it seems lately a lot of good thankful threads to me have been posted. It is a bit mind boggling. I love it!
Thanks guys.
In case anyone hasn't done business with me, I can certainly tell you that there are a lot of members and vendors on here who spend thousands of dollars a month with me on a regular basis.
I am telling the truth when I say I am dedicated to the forum!
Big ups for Gene all the time, every time I order. BTW Gene, any idea on delivery date for the backordered GM performance plug wire sets? Gene for President!
