How are the 2002-2004s??
My reverse light switch quit, oh and the belt and one of the pulleys on the Supercharger are being replaced now. The rear tires don't last very long and the gas mileage around town isn't that great. YMMV...

53K on my 2003 Vert. Mostly long distance trips (Florida & Colorado from Michigan) and cruises in the country or Woodward Ave with my wife.
No real problems but the column bypass lock. Replaced battery this summer. Replaced Goodyears with Michelin Pilot Sport ZP's at 28K and then replaced the rear tires again at 52K. Insurance replaced the windshield due to pretty big chips but the windshield does tend to acquire very small chips more than any other car I've had. I just replaced the stock brakes and pads with drilled/slotted rotors and ceramic pads. The wife complained that the right front always squeeked.
I get 22 - 24 MPG in suburban driving and easily push 30+mpg on the long trips.
My baby is cared for but also driven to be enjoyed.
I drive a new company car at least every three months, and there isn't a more comfortable seat than on the C5.

...some peeps get really mad and fly around me then cut in front of me and put their brakes on
...other than that...
I have an '02 Z06 with 36K. So far,
- A/C blew ice cold on driver's side and piping hot on passenger: replaced HVAC actuator door
- Door lock didn't work: replaced relay in Door Control Module on passenger side (common problem though that plagued all C5's though, not just 2002-2004)
- Driver's door lost power everything: had to clean electrical connector in door jam boot
- HVAC Blower went dead: had to clean electrical connector that supplies power to blower
Yep, for me its just been 100% electrical issues. The power train has been bullet proof.

I got my 02 March 06 with 56k on her. she now has 104,1xx miles on her and I have only had one problem, which was a head gasket that was venting under load (exhaust leak, no oil or coolant involved, LUCKY
, yes I am) and LG Motorsports fixed the problem after three trips to the dealer
I also overreved the motor to the moon back in Feb., on a missed 3rd to 4th, hit 2nd!!
, and car shuddered for a second, I shifted into fourth and within 10 secs she smoothed out and I drove the 100 miles home gettin all over it just to make sure nothing was broken, and if it was I sure was gonna find out RIGHT NOW
Had a performance shop take a look at her (haven't checked pushrods but don't here anything other than the usual cold-start sewing-machine noises), and no issues.
These are the only two things that have happened to my vette (oh got hit in the azz by an azz at Jack in the box, causing a small scratch). She has been great.
There is a thread somwhere that list all the improvements over the early c5's. Little things but alot of them. I plan on driving the wheels off this car, and get myself a ZR1 or something (think c6 Z06, in 2010).
Bottom line: I love the c5's.

I have a 2003 Coupe, after 7k miles with mine, i have 2 problems that I can't figure out.
1) the front cigarette lighter won't work anymore, it is plugged in, but it won't work...
2) the driver window makes a really bad noise when going down, almost like its getting caught on something. Maybe water got in there when it was raining? Dunno..
