Some of you may be having this problem also, when window is all the way down. and you close the door, there's this awful rattle. but if the window it slightly up, it wont rattle. So I knew it was definely window related. I removed the door panel. starting banging the door to see If I can locate it.
At first I thought it was the upper window regulator pulley hitting the glass but it wasnt.
I removed the door speaker. rattle the glass one more time. and there it was. there's a little rubber bushing that moved out of place. it's where the window regulator mounts to the button of the door, cant miss it. So i just lubed the bushing and slid it back into place. problem solved!!
took me about an hour since I was going at it blindly.

thanks for posting! my door does the exact same thing. I don't know if its just one side or not, I never paid that much attention, but the passenger's door definitely has this problem. I'll have to check this out!
Same thing happened on mine, I adjusted my window so it didnd go down past the felt too, figured since the drivers side was like that, then the passenger side should be too.
