Windshield Wiper Woes
I've been victim to the dreaded clogged udders that caused the wipers to go crazy 
Cleaned them out, let everything dry out and everything was okay 
We had a torrential rain and the wipers are screwed up again. They only work on HIGH. Intermittent, LOW and Wash do not work at all.
Heading towards the rainy season and need to go ahead and get this resolved. I've been lucky because we're in drought conditions here in the metro DC area.
Is this a motor issue or control board issue, or what?
