I have read and re-read (a bunch of times) the instructions on how to do this(thanks CF ). I think I have the process down pat. I am wondering it I can do this myself?
Thanks...I don't want to screw this up!!
I'm thinking about this also. I have 2 cars one at 75k the other at 80 now. I'm wondering if they are screaming for seafoam by now! Where can you buy it? Should I give it a try?
I assume you are concerned about running it through your intake, not putting it in your tank.
I, personally, have only added it to my gas tank. I heard from a friend (don't know if this is fact or not), that after running it through your intake, it contaminates your oil, and it should be changed immediately. Anyone else hear of this?

You darned right you better change oil after Seafoam. In fact, you should change it sooner than "immediately". I kid you not. Take a look at what happened to my oil after doing the procedure. In the last pic, look at the oil in my "catch-can".
