Take out an inside (closest to the license plate, not inside the car) tail light ***'y and reach in through the hole to get to the bulbs. Reach in, depress the little clip and rotate ccw and the socket and bulb will come out. Push in and rotate ccw on the bulb. Install new bulb, replace socket into backup lamp housing, then reinstall tail lamp

That's one way to do it or you can take off the license plate bracket asembly. Remove your license plate and there are 4 torq screws; take them out and the entire assembly comes out. There are the two blub sockets; as he said just turn them and viola!!!
