I bought a flotool trans fluid and gear oil on/off spout, part# 10106. I think I got it at O'reillys for about 6.00-10.00.
It's a foot long clear plastic hose with a black cap on the end. The end that screws onto the transmission fluid bottle is black/yellow. It twist for on/off. I just stuck the hose in the transmission and lifted the bottle as high as I could and poured/squeezed the bottle. Worked just fine for me.

you could buy a suction gun that will also put the fluid back in, look in the lube isle of most auto stores or something like northern tool or harbour feight also has them.

This might sound strange, If you have room try a turkey baster.
Use to use one on my Super Charger to put oil in it when I changed it.
You might have to put a small hose on the end of it, It will get you out of a bind.
I bought a pump from West Marine that they use to pump gear oil into the drives with. It works great, just place the pump into a quart and pump away. It has a 36" long clear plastic hose on it.
