Default Top 5 Most Controversial/Recurring CF Topics!

In the short time I have been a member of CF, there seems to be a number of recurring topics of discussion that turn into heated debates very quickly. The Rundown:
-Coupe vs. Vert
-Runflat vs. Non-Runflat
-OEM tires vs. other runflats (particularly the Michelin ZPs)
-160* Thermostat
-Mods vs. Stock (more recurring in C6 than C5 General)

What one chooses to do with one's own car is a deeply personal choice, but because we are talking about a car that we all love and is an American Icon, these debates get VERY heated. I personally like the debates, you learn a lot by just reading them until they degenerate on you.

Anyone have a take on my rundown?

The debate is whether using a traditional acid based battery is foolish or not due to potential leakage on the PCM (Optima Red Top vs Exide AGM vs. Delco vs. Diehard vs. Wal-Mart brand vs. Interstate vs.....)

If you're talking about the whole forum, you might want to include generational debates (not to mention the drivers).

Also, there seems to be a great deal of debates between petty criminals (speeders, people who peel out; you know, people) and leos.

What color should I paint my calipers?

What is the best exhaust?

I have $1,000. What mod should I do next?

Should I buy a CLB?

How much air should I run in my tires?

Funny you should ask. My second Optima failed today and is out of the 3 year warranty replacement. So, due to my bad luck with Optimas, I decided to take a chance and buy a traditional battery. I was going to go with the Delco Professional series, but it was about $40 more than the Interstate MegaTron so I decided to give Interstate a try!

This one's going to be good. I need to go get the kleenex, I'm laughing so hard.

How about what to clean your windows with, news paper or microfiber towels and somebody's designer juice.

I'm sort of a keep it simple type of guy. I guess I would fall in the "traditional" category

Have the Interstate in my Z now for 5 years now. Still going strong. Would replace it with another in a second.

BTW, Nice forum name
