Mid America Motorworks makes their own. I've been to the plant, and it's very impressive. It's fantastic quality, but not cheap. A full set of C5 runs about $1200.

We are doing a changeover from gray to black on my wife's 01, and I was fortunate enough to find a complete set for sale at a reasonable price from a 2004. You might want to check the C5 Parts section or put some feelers out on the forum, and be patient. We are going to put white seats and trim in her car, and Mid America will be making the seat covers & trim for us.
