Well put, I agree. While I wouldn't do it myself, it is apparent that he did a great job on his project. That's the beauty of this forum, you can see many different things. I actually did the same type of thing to my cars when I was much younger. My tastes have just changed.

Great...you park that thing in Vegas and you'll never find your car...I did the foot wells on mine, but with a DIM reddish glow...I guess if you like it it's ok, still looks way overdone and gaudy....but thats just me!

I can see the appeal of it, but yes it does convey ricer among a crowd of domestic guys. Anywho, it looks like a show car attempt, I can think of several things that would make it look like an actual ricer. It's lacking a two foot wing, about 5 more colors added to the paint job, decals out the wazzoo and a ridiculous exhaust.
It's a professionally done job regardless of the opinion on what it conveys. I say it looks good and is NOT ricey, but I wouldn't drive around with like that all the time. It does look like an attention *****.

Here's what she look like during the day for reference:

I used my camera for the day pics. It wouldn't pick up anything at night so I borrowed a family member's camera for the night shots. It recognized it was low light and since I didn't want flash, it over exposed each shot to get enough light. I'll use a tripod and get better pics tonight.
