I would definitely recommend doing it yourself using the instructions posted, worked for me and I am a noob when it comes to work on my C5. Just a heads-up, take your time doing the work and make sure you do not touch the soldering iron on the chips for more than a second, the old solder will come off and the chips will move out of place, causing more grief than you want.
