I don't know if any vendor sells such a product, but I've seen plenty of creative members who've added accessory gauges there.
Pick up some 1/8" thick ABS plastic (sign shop, hobby or craft shop). It's easy to use in fabrication for mock up or permanent use. It'll match your oem radio surround trim pretty close with the grain side out.

I went through that site...neat stuff...saw round and square gauges but no gauge panels as the original poster was asking about, only switch panels (which are really nice)...I may have missed it.
