Use goo gone and a hair dryer. A hair dryer alone may heat it up enough so you can just roll it off in booger clumps. Cold adhesive is a PITA to remove.

I would assume that would have worked as well ...hmmmmm.
Anyway, if you took them off, I'd like to know what color they are and what you plan to do with them. If you don't want them I maybe interested, I happen to like them on the car.

Thanks

Clay bar will work as well.... if necessary you can use a very very fine wet sand, but you will need to polish the area after....

A high speed buffer and a polishing compound will work as well.

Key to the whole thing it to heat the strips up with a hair dryer or a shrink tube gun (gets very hot so be careful) and use some strong fishing line behind the strip to remove it... work a little at a time and the closer you can keep the line to the car the more glue will be removed...

Very true, or go to auto body supply store and get some adhesive remover. I think even some bug/tar remover will work.

Hair dryer and Mineral spirits or even alittle Gasoline will do it, your just going to have to rewax the car after.

All you have to do is get a little warm to remove it, thats why it always comes better in the summertime

Warm the adhesive residue with a hair dryer or heat gun and roll it off with your fingers...blisters will heal in a week or so...polish/wax with products of your choice.

If there are any hobby stores in your area grab a can of rubber cement thinner. Stuff works great. Wash and wax afterwards (of course).
