New C5 owner
Finally picked up a C5 yesterday. It's a 01 dark bowling green/oak m6 coupe. It's a Z51 car with pretty much every option but dual roof. It has around 50k on it and seem to be pretty much mint

Beautiful Vette! Welcome to the forum.
There are a couple of things that should be on the top of your "to do" list.
1. Column Lock Bypass. A $40 item that prevents you from experiencing an electrical gremlin that can leave you stranded (or, only able to drive the car 3 mph).
2. CAGS Bypass - helps avoid that "1-4 shift" at lower rpms. $20 and easily installed in two minutes (once the car is lifted).
Other stuff is mostly convenience. Something you could do for your MN6 that would make it more enjoyable to drive is to install a 2008 Z06 Shifter. It's a one hour DIY - bolts right in. Huge improvement.
