Can any one give me the name of a GOOD tire shop in or around Syracuse who could supply and instal Goodyear GS-D3's for me?

Tirerack has super prices but there's shipping and installation to consider. Syracuse is easy driving from Ottawa.

Go to Tire Rack's web site and find a recommended installer in Syracuse. Then purchase the tires and have them shipped to the installer and drive down to Syracuse to get them installed. Depending on the installer I usually find I can pay the shipping costs, avoid the state & local NY sales taxes, pay for the tire mount/balance/mount on car and come out on the good side for overall cost.

Also try the Corvette Barn. They are awesome with all your corvette needs and do everything from cam install down to polishing your exhaust tips. Look them up online, i lost the phone number.

I ordered the tires from Tire Rack, they will ship to an installer in Ogdensburg which is closer to me than Syracuse.

what about a warranty from tire rack?

 

I could have purchased tire warranty from Tire Rack. I can think of one occasion where I made use of a tire warranty, ran over a broken beer bottle with an almost new tire. Otherwise, I've never made use of tire warranty.

Besides, the problem that I have with rear tires isn't covered by warranty ...
