[Z06] how do you install a front licence plate

I know that there are two small screws on the bottom of the Corvette front plate on the lower right and left. However once the plate is removed I am not sure how your tag will be attached. TN does not require front plates.
Just found my pic of the bumper cover with the plate removed, looks like the screws would go into the embossed area.

Use a long shafted small tip phillips screw driver to remove the two small screws holding on the cover. Screws are located on lower right and left of cover
Then you'll need to get two or four ss screws to attach the plate, not sure of the size but they can be about 1/2" long with no damage problems.
