Need help, at wits end

After replacing my battery yesterday, I had HVAC problems. Checked the DIC codes, got B0361H, B0363H. Left actuator codes. Left Actuator feedback short to ground, and Left actuator feedback open.Pulled the new battery out, took the tray out, found broken vacuum hose that controls the AC actuators.
Fixed the broken hose, re-installed tray and battery. Cleared the codes then started her up. Now what I am getting is this: Fan doesn't respond correctly to commands to turn up or down. Temp coming out of the vents is cold on drivers side, warm on passenger side. The HVAC control unit seems to be working right. Changes the direction of the air, front, feet, defrost. But nothing else seems to be right.
Everything was working perfectly until yesterday when the battery went to hell. Now I have this problem. WTF?
Every time I clear the codes, then pull them back up, I'm getting those same two codes but not current, always in history.
Anybody got any ideas where the LEFT ACTUATOR FEEDBACK GROUND is before I go completely friggin nuts.
Thanks!

I know there are only two codes in the DIC. Each time I clear them, they return BEFORE I can even get out of the diagnostics. So I know they are there for real and not just ghost codes. I hate to even think what kind of crap the dealership will try to feed me.
Anyone have these schematics, or know where the LT BLUE/DRK BLUE wires from the HVAC are?
