Underhood light electrical connector replacement.
The underhood light connector is fouled with corrosion, and I have looked all over but I can't find a replacement insulated elcetrical connector for the underhood light. Can anyone suggest where I can find a connector like this. It's a light gauge wire, 16 or maybe 18 and it's insulated to keeep water out, which in my case it didn't do very well. The only place I haven't inquired is at the local chevy dealership? any advice is appreciated.

Try dunking the connectors in a solution of baking soda and water to see if it will dissolve the corrosion, then hit them with electrical cleaner. If the plugs do come clean, fill with dielectric grease before connecting.
