2002 Battery...
I'm curious... My 2000 Convertible has a strap handle on the battery and my 2002 Z06 does not. It was a real pita pulling the battery without one.
Does everyone else have the strap handle on their battery? :confused:

2002 EB Z06 here and no strap on battery. Thank God weve got the new AGM battery and I dont have to waste money on getting rid of that pos acid battery that came in the previous vettes that leaks acid out of the positive battery post.

My 2000 Vert battery didnt come with a carrier strap and I didnt every see another one that did have a strap. My 2002 doesnt have a strap either, I suspect that if you purchased the car new, that the battery may have gone bad and was replaced before you took possession, just a guess

Wow.... This is strange....
My 2000 vert was an early one, off the line in August. Maybe it was changed... The strap is a good thing.
