I'm going to say that he has bullets and the exhaust hanger where it hangs from just inside the bumper...broke. And now his exhaust is hanging down on one side. Just a guess though...although then his subject wouldn't make sense....

Ahh.. yes. That makes sense now. And his subject could make sense if the bullets were engineered "for the loss" in the US and he's not talking about GM engineering.

Subject makes sense - American enginerring for teh loose - they can't make a decent bracket hanger (unless B&B is now a Chinese company, lol)

Hmmmmm. I wonder if when your Japanese parts break you say, "There's that crappy Japanese engineering again!" Hmmmm? And don't even say Japanese parts don't break.
