what's that little square pannel in between the Steering Wheel and where the key goes?...

is there suposed to be a button or what?

I managed to mangle my "Trim Plate" when I put in the CLB recently, the little tabs that hold it in got broken off. I was wondering where I could get a replacement - thanks for sharing !
