I am on my third set of tires. I have had 2 front-end alignments. Nothing is helping. My front tires keep wearing on the inside about 2 inches. I have factory rims and Goodyear run-flats factory. Any suggestions on what my problem could be?

You need to corner faster.
On a more serious note, you might have the alignment shop go to the more conservative end of the alignment specs. They may be checking it and its within specs but on the more aggressive end (more negative camber) and not changing it.
I would think that if you told them what your problem is, they would set more positive. After giving it some thought, if I were them, I would not deviate from GM recommendations due to liability issues but they can certainly take it to the edge.
I've been thinking of having my front end alignment set less aggressive also. The roads here in Texas are really long and really straight. My front tires wear the inside edges also but doesn't sound like its as bad as yours.
I told my alignment guy that I wanted Zero camber. Did it and no wearing like that since. FYI....I'm not an autoX'er etc, but a long distance GT cruiser. I've got 30K on my tires and they look almost like new.
This is normal wear if you do more straight ahead higway driving instead of cornering. Happened to mine, but I still get 55,000 miles from front tires!
