You would check the tire pressure just like any other car - with a tire gauge. But, why run without the TPS - it is a very good safety feature - and works just fine with runflats or non-runflats.

Been running non-runflats for years WITH tire pressure sensors. I don't know why you would not want them.
I don't have TPS or runflats. On my next set of wheels I'd like to try to get ahold of some TPS though. Why not? Not much weight and good to know info.
Even GM states that having TPS is not a substitute for regularly checking tire pressures with a pressure gage. I check mine in the garage while they are cold every week or so. I make a visual check of my non-run flat tires almost everytime I drive it.
