hid question
i installed hid conversion bulbs in my stock housings and sometimes the lites won't go down when they are turned off, especially bad if i turn off the car b4 turning off the lights. if i restart the car and cycle the lights 1 to 4 times they will go down. has anyone else had this problem? does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this with out removing the hid's. the hid's are a GREAT upgrade, put them in the low beams and fogs.

I've got the opposite problem with my HIDs, they won't come up the first time! So I've been flicking the lever to high beams and then turning on the lights and they always come up. Haven't had a problem at all with them going down. I'm going to install a new power wire from the battery to the balast via a relay. That way the power to the balast won't be on the stock wiring and the stock wiring will only have to throw the relay. Then I think the lights will have no trouble going up and down, and I won't have to worry about the stock wiring getting toasted by the extra amps the HIDs draw when you turn them on...
