Driving home tonight from my guitar class I had the opportunity to see one of the new Aston Martin DB9's hop on the highway. I will not go into details on what happened over the next several minutes, but I will gladly share on the end result.
Upon exiting the highway, both the assumed owner (driver) and his passenger gave me a very enthusiastic wave good bye. Thinking that was all, I returned the gesture and continued over to the far right lane, as my exit was 1/4 mile ahead. I was then left with a comment that actually surprised me, considering the source. From the owner, "That car looks really clean, but the sound is absolutely sick at wide open throttle." Believe me, he was speaking from experience as he had a very good opportunity and vantage point to listen to my car at WOT, but his vantage point was decreasing quicker and quicker, so we had to repeat the experience a couple of times.
I do have to say though, those cars look very nice. As far as new super cars go, the Aston Martin wins the title for cleanest looking cars hands down.
