Default Titanium Exhaust Question

I really like the sound of my z06's current titanium exhaust, but i was also consider installing electric cut outs. While researching, local shops told me that there would be a problem welding the cut outs to the titanium exhaust. Have any of you heard this same problem?? what are my options??

Thank for the replys!!

If you want to put the cutout in the cat back portion then take it to a sheet metal shop that is qualified to weld titanium.

I think the problem that most of us have is trying to find anyone who will weld titanium... I have been shopping around for the A&A mod and noone is willing to weld the titanium...

I agree with Kyle though, put the cutouts on the H pipe.
