Love my car but wish the stripes where painted on..
Might be a project for me to have them painted on..
BTW mine is slowly starting to chip and not look as right as it once did after 30 k miles...

Was going to buy a Z16 but could not find one at the time from a dealer that didn't want 5-8k over sticker!
Silver was my favorite color anyway so 3 years later designed and painted my own!

Thanks in advance.

I really like how you finished out the stripes on the rear of you car
I just wax over the top of my stripes with a quick detail wax - easy on easy off and keeps 'em looking good.
BTW, I was able to pick up a second set of hood stripes from a friend who know somebody who snagged them for me...I didn't ask questions but they are in a GM box
The roof and trunk stipes can easily be reproduced by any local sign shop, the hood stripes with the carbon fiber cross hatch will be hard to match.

First off...nice looking car. As far as care for the stripes, I use Zaino on them along with the rest of the car...being careful to stay away from the edges (you don't want build out around the edges)

Great thanks for the help. This is how I want my Z16 to shine!
