Default In-car intercom

Does anyone use an in-car intercom similar to what the Honda Goldwing cruisers use?

I find that the wind noise with the coupe top removed makes for strained communications with my "navigator".

Here's a play on an old saying -

"If a fella says something in his Vette and his wife can't hear him due to the wind noise, is he STILL wrong?"

I'm curious if any vette owners out there use such a thing. But all I can add here is I'm tired of not hearing the cell phone ring, let alone barely being able to use it... I'm seriously thinking about sound insulating. I'm probably going to use Damplifier Pro as it is recommended here,

Default Chatterbox

That is what they are called. I open road race and need to talk to my navigator with helmets on. When I had a semi-stock car we used the Chatterbox unit. It worked very well. Now with the Blue(see sig) Open Road racer we need a Off Road racing unit cost $650, the chatterbox is about $100. You can find them in motorcycle accessory catalogs.

One of the joys when we used to have our Goldwing was zoning out and enjoying the scenery. I'm sure as heck not getting one for the vette.
If you were racing, that's a different story.

You might get a pair of those extensions for the hatch, they work well to flow the air through instead of buffeting the wind around in the cab.
