[Z06] Finally bought a Z06...

Finally bought a Z06...
finally got it home Wed. after a long day ( 12 hours which should have been 8 ) including a 2 hour traffic delay, but it was worth it when I rolled it off the trailer, drove it up the road and let it rip thru 1st and 2nd...
My daughter was in full GLEE and then I took my wife out and she said " It takes your breath away"...
This is a 1 owner Car , all the paperwork right back to the window sticker was with the car, as well as full service records from the original dealer 20 miles away, service manuals, warranty records and off course the clear title report. Owned by a retired Army Major, great guy, I felt like moving in with him and his wife !
It's a nice car, not a garage queen but a very well cared for, excellent shape car. 8 on the 10 scale . A very few paint dings here and there, nothing offensive, and the price was right where it needed to be for me.
here it is being loaded onto the trailer for the ride home..

the next morning in the daylight.

the idea of Flying or taking a Bus to get there is a great one, but where this car is and the logistics doesn't work real well. The third best alternative is to just get a stinkin' trailer, leave at 5 Am and go get the dang thing and be home early afternoon. It's 4 hours each way...
This is not the best JOY way of getting it but it is the best Schedule thing...I can control my own destiny. Plus a smooth ride in the big Suburban ain't all that bad
By the way, the Suburban is Black as well !

finally got the Z home, it only took 12 hours 
Took the long there way to get it, took the shorter way home and ended up sitting in I-85 Stopped traffic for over 2 hours..
more tomorrow..

My two primary vehicles are a 01 blk Z and a 03 Suburban too

The Z06 has been known to stop traffic.
Btw, my primary is an '05 Z71 Burb (my third is an '07 Saab Aero 9-3 turbo vert)
