Here's a few more pics from the Chicago Vettefest....
I'll be posting one more thread later with pics of forum members I met while there...be sure and watch for it too...
Brian Love's, 'CSTYLEZ' incredible C5 vette. Hey Brian congrats on the "Top Gun Award"!
Huh, kinda' looks familiar, just can't remember were I've seen this done before...
Great looking pics Jim. But like I told you at the show pics do my car NO justice. That champagne color is lost and it looks silver in the pics.
Hey Brian, thanks... ...These are the ones I took using my tripod without a flash, trying to capture the truer colors...it's those darn crappy sodium indoor lights causing the problem. They also wash out half the colors in my flames making mine look like '****' compared to the true outdoor natural lighting effect...
We're going to have to get together sometime outside with our cars for a better photo shoot opportunity one of these days....
I'll send you the link to several more I took of your vette when I have time to get them up-loaded a little later on if want them.
Some really awesome shots of beautiful Vettes and classics in this show
Thanks Steve... ...this is defiantly starting to become a top national event...
Bob Ashton, the show promoter, has worked very hard to bring it back to the National Status it so much deserves...
Very nice pics, especially considering the lighting in that place.
Thanks Randy... ...I've seen your awesome photographic skills on here several times so you know exactly what I'm talking about...
There's probably a lens filter out there available we could use that would help correct the different lighting situations... but you're probably like me and not that serious enough to worry about it to that degree.
I meant to get a shot of you with your car but seems every time I came by you were gone or busy talking.
Probably out taking more pictures of the show like I spend most of the time doing.... ...
