Frikken thieves!!!!!

Dammit! Someone stole the checkered flag bits off my front and back emblems!!I can see the knife marks where they cut them out!

I know I can get American flag replacement for the other bits but where can I get replacement checkered flags???

Have to get a new emblem I guess,they are not that expensive.Can't understand why they wanted part of the emblem,must be a kid.

Any recomendations to a forum vendor with emblems? I may like to try decals if i could so it would be easier to clean.:o

you can order them from Gene at GM parts house. They are GM replacemt emblemns, and i think they run about 50 each.

The front one you'll need to replace, there are locating holes for the emblem. The back can be removed no holes, and you won't have to wax or clean around it.

Only replace 1

Replace the front one, remove the deck lid one (a fishing line and a little patience). Only one that sees that emblem are birds. One less hassle when detailing your car. Oh, since we are all going 'green', you might gain 0.001 mpg due to less wind resistance over the rear.

They actually aleady have these, but they aren't legal in all states.
