I run a Custom Grind Comp Cam. 240/244, 598/608, 112LSA. Remember, if your keepin the stock heads, at least change the springs, and the pushrods when goin to a bigger cam. I forgot to add, Im makin 440rwhp.

I'm running a G5-X2 on a 114 LSA it's specs are 232/240 .595/.602 114. I'm making 436 rwhp / 397 rwtq w/ a conservative road racing tune. I have a Vortex Rammer CAI, Kooks LTs w/ cats, and Stingers. The few things that push me over the normal 420ish most see w/ this cam is that I have an ATI superdamper underdrive pulley, Yella Terra ultralite roller rockers, and an aluminum flywheel.
4.10s in Z06 are retarded IMO... I've driven one and 1st and 2nd are useless and 3rd tops out quick. In stock form the car will clear 60 in 2nd and 100 in 3rd which is pretty much perfect gearing.
4.10s in a standard Corvette w/ the MN6 I'd say go for it for sure.
You probably want something in the lower/mid 230s for duration (@ .050"), lift around .600", and a 113 or 114 LSA. Similar cams are making 420-430 RWHP on Z06s, all day long.
Make sure you select a tuner, and run these cams past him, before you start buying parts.

You're going to regret putting 4.10 gears in a Z06 (MN12 transmission). I had 4.10 gears in my C5 (MN6) before going to 3.73s because it was still too much gear for road course events (HPDE), but fun for daily driving.
I am making 436/386 and I have LT's, CAI, FAST 90, and 4.10's aswell. The cam is a custom ground Comp cam to Robert@Advanced Dyno's specs, 238/244 114 lsa
MS4.......cam and LG pros, stock everything else, terrible fat tune = 420RWHP 11.4@120 in hot weather with 11.7AFR at 6850rpm as for gears, ive decided to go with the 3.90s. They seem like a more streetable gear for the m12
