history codes?

history codes?
I pulled up my codes on my c5 and there are plenty of history codes. Since I bought my C5 used I was wondering if these codes were past problems on my car or if they just randomly pop up. My car only has 30,000 miles and I hope I didn't buy a lemon. If anybody has some input on this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Once a code is set, it is stored as history or current. If the problem no longer exists, then it will stay stored as history until it is cleared. You could have a code in there that was set when the car was new at the dealer for all you know. Clear them all, then see if any pop up the next time you drive her.
