The Michelin PS A/S (All Season) ZPs are snow rated
It snowed yesterday well, actually snowed but the nuts at Montgomery County didn't spread any salt or sand soon enough. Today I took the C5 out of the garage and it was FINE. Most of the snow had finally been plowed so I don't have a good enough test of how they act in snow. Others in really north tundra like areas might be able to supply more info. BIGHANK
From: Calgary, AB. There's a reason why white was the only color offered on every year Corvette. Proud Canadian German Jamaican!

I stuck on a set of Cooper Zeon A/S 275/40/18 on my azz end + a couple of sandbags on each corner and so far so good. They were relatively inexpensive (as far as rear Corvette tires are concerned ($280/tire)).

Goodyear makes a set of EMT snow tires for the C5. Not cheap, but if you have to use the car in the snow, they will help. Try the Tire Rack for a vendor.
You could run a bunch of screws into them and have studded tires...
Don't laugh, I just spent six grueling weeks building up a 03 Z, got the car running/driving, drove it two hours Saturday (all the time I had) woke up Sunday morning to an inch of snow. I was thinking, I have a bin of stainless sheet metal screws!
