hi im thinking about buying a car out of state im in NJ the car is in WV my questions are how can i drive the car back i can put insurance but what about registration or temp. plates do i have to go to the dmv in wv?the owner said that i had to go to a police station and they will give me a 1 or 2 days temp?also the owner does not have the title in hands (he still owes money to the bank)what would you recommend i do.
