Window won't go down, what now?
When i did mine it took less than an hour to remove and replace the whole assembly. Just make sure you mark the locations of the window onthe brackets and the depth of the adjustment screws so it can all go back togehter like it was before you took it apart.
Simply take trim piece off of the door, there is a how to do this somwhere.
Then take you speaker out.

There is a black rubber cover on the back of the door that you will have to remove. Becareful mine was dry and i broke it to where i cound not reuse it.
There is also a black rubber plug on the botom of you door about half way back. remove it.
roll the window down
Reach in the speaker hole and unpulg the wire from the motor. Take a look at your replacement to see how to do it.
Mark the window position relative to the clamps with a sharpie.
loosen the clamps holding the window to the tracks.

The rubber on mine was stuck to the window so i had to gently pry it off with a screwdriver.
Once it is all loose you simply pull the window up out of the door. Get a helper to do this so you won't drop it. You can see my marks in the picture below.

There are four nuts holding the tracks in the door (two at the top, one under the door, and the last one is where the reflector is on the door pannel) and three screws that hold the motor. Also depending on the year of your car there is a ziptie on a coupld of the cables that you will have to cut.

Once it is all loose wiggle it out of the big hole at the back of the door.
Install the new one in the reverse order.
Line up the witness mark on the bottom of the door and tighten the new track down.
Adjust the depth of the thread on the back track to match the one you took out and tighten. the two nuts at the top and the three on the motor should just line up.
Install the glass on the new clamps, align the marks you made and tighten it down, but not to tight, don't want to break the glass.
The new motor assembly come with a ziptie holding the wires loosely toghehter, you will need this to restrain the cables when you reinstall the motor so don't cut it off of the new one.
The rest is easy. Don't forget to reconnect the wires to the motor regulator.
I think i got carried away with this post.
