Default Underhood Insulaor

I've seen some great photos of the underhood insulating pad with the Corvette logo in color. Mine is just stamped all black with the logo. Anyone care to share where they got their insulation pad in color?

Sure, paint it yourself, use testors paint sticks, first spay it with flat black paint and then use the paint sticks, it will take a bunch of coats of paint because the darn thing sucks the paint up! just take your time and yours will look great too!!!!! Tom

Another added touch is use some fabric paint for first coat as it sets up on top of the pad and doesnt absorb as much.
But Tom sums it up real nice. Its not hard to do and if your carefull you can reuse the plugs to put it back on.
$20.00 and some time and your good to go

You can paint it yourself - plenty of posts have been made on how to do it. Or you can have someone do it for you - forum member PaulaH does excellent work.

Or you could go with a decal such as the one from RPI Designs.

Paint Pens done by my daughter a few years back for my birthday. She even put the "born on" date of the car.
