New 2002 Z06
Thank You to Ron at the VetteNet for the new car. Ron was able to find my 2002 Z06 in time for the 0% financing and have the car delivered without a hitch. It was a no hassle deal...so thanks again Ron.
Love the car. Break in was 250 miles easy, followed by an oil change and then let the good times roll. Car has replaced a Testarossa, and I hate to say it, but this caris faster and handles better. Top end is not that of the Ferrari, but I only went over 170mph in the Testarossa one time, so I don't think I will miss the extra top end.
Are there any Covette clubs in North carolina that have track events. The Ferrari club used to run at road Atlanta and Rockingham. If any one knows of any track events coming up, I would love to get this car on the track.

Nice post and welcome to the world of inexpensive world class car ownership.
When something breaks it will more than likely be a warranty issue, otherwise there is not a huge bill to pay every time you get a tune up.
Good to hear the comparo on the Ferrari vs the Z06 - there is no beating technological improvement.
