The 1/2" npt is correct for the transmission. The differential is a 20-1.5 metric. I believe Ecklers has them .

They do but they are to much. From what your saying I could just get two from here http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...0002_480661_-1
. It says 1/2 npt and 20-1.5 metric. Thanks!

Sorry I cannot and afford 12 dollars plus 5 for shipping for a bolt. Also I do not need all three. I will support myself before anyone else.

Still looking for thread sizes. Anyone know?

Lets see, You have a Vette, It costs 50 plus each time you fill the tank and you are worried about 12 bucks for something that can be a big plus for your motor?

I'm thinking that Matt has a point of principle here.

I too dislike being gouged just because some common little item is in a Corvette Catalogue.

The catalogues might be convenient, but let's face it ... generally, cheap they aren't!!

Wow, I didn't realize that there were so many people on this forum that are so well off financially that the price doesn't matter. I work for my money and because I do I'm always looking for the best deal. There's nothing wrong with looking around for the best value for your dollar. You guys bitch about paying the Corvette tax but then you knock some one for trying to find a deal.

I think you are getting the wrong sizes, I'm not positive but I think Doug in post #3 gave you the correct sizes.

IMO, A magnet on your oil filter makes much more sense, what better place to collect unwanted metal particals. JOE
