Default Radar Detector
Hey guys, just a quick question about hard wiring a radar detector. I just got a new Cobra detector (Not the best but it was a Christmas present) and I want to get rid of the annoying power chord. I have read some of the past posts and still dont know the best way to do it. Any advice on how to do it would be great.

how good are your soldering skills? Hard wiring is somthing that can easily be done yourself. If you're using the Mirror mount, the cord can be almost completely hidden.
