Default Easy question - Frame Rail Color

Working on the battery acid clean up and was wondering what the best color to use on the black portion of the frame rail?

Thanks

Thanks. I was not sure if it was a flat or semi-gloss

Krylon make a semi-flat that should be a pretty close match.

I'm just going by the image...would it really matter? No one else is going to know you've done it. Road grime will soon cover anything you use anyway.
I've always found that semi gloss paint seems to hold up better (and blend better) to the elements than flat black, but it wasn't a scientific study...
Semi flat should work just as well.

Actually, Eastwwod makes a product called chasis black that is used on the frames and will match up and protect against rust.

Make sure you use a rust- inhibiting primer first!
