Default Help with the new mod

Okay so I bought these clear turn signal housing units for my C5, and they look great! My problem is that now that the bulb is totally exposed, its wonderfully unattractive look is showing (amber bulb). Has anyone done this mod yet? What did you all use to solve this problem? I figure I can always you a clear bulb, but I was thinking of maybe a piece that would cover it (the bulb), except for the opening were the light reflects off of the chrome/mirror background of the turn signal housing unit.
I hope this makes sense..lol

clear bulb is probably all you can do if you dont' want it to show too much.

No, sorry...no pics with the lights on but here's a daytime shot. Given the style of my clear lenses, if you had an amber bulb, you would see during the day...but as you can see, the chrome bulb is stealth

I picked up some Sylvanias at Autozone when I put my clears on. They have more of a oily haze chrome look to them, but light up orange.
