I'm glad I live in a place that don't require heated seats. I'm sure they beat cold leather to sit on.

Did you do it yourself? If so, how?

I've seen the heating elements for sale with Mid America for about $150.Is this where you got them, and how much of a pain was it to install them under the leather seat covers? Also, where did you locate the on/off switch? I saw someone who had it done for her, and they put the switch on the side of the console about even with the front of the top flip up cover. Hey, it's cold here in NJ I need to keep my azz warm.

I bought the kit from fleabay. I was going to install myself, but been too busy at work. I got my corvette specialty garage to do it for me. They mounted the switches just under the ignition switch in the kick panel. I think it looks great.
Well worth the time or money for my DD

It's the way the C5 should have come. Congrats on the bun warmers.

Maybe our wives are related...she bought her car because it has heated seats
Too bad the heated seats came in a 2.0L Jetta...118 hp of fury
I only drive the vette in the summer and she still wants them installed...at least she likes the vette now.
