I was watching a Mother's carshow today, what else are you going to do with 6" of snow and 25mph winds here in Iowa. Anyway, one of the cars had all the bowtie bolt heads all facing the same direction. He said it took him (3) days to do that.
That got me wondering how he did that? Would he use locktight and postion the bolt heads or is there another method? Merry Christmas everyone!
Thanks for the info, now I know. I got to thinking, this spring I will be installing the chrome fender and trunk tabs. Would there be a method to lining up all the screw heads?

Since it is only a Qtr turn to line them up, you can just do it by hand...
some of those car show people take it a little far. I have heard stories os tires being put on the rims to they all are in the same position relative to the valve stem.

My Goodyear dealer thought I was crazy when I requested that but believe me, along with the center caps all aligned when I show, it wins car shows!!! I stared showing in 1967 and noticed that the serious winners all had a "catch". That is one of mine.
