You won't notice much difference to be honest. After adding a Bassani X-pipe on my 03 with Borla Stingers, the exhaust note sounded a little smoother. Coulda just been my imagination though...

Don't expect any significant changes. The best mod for improving the sound of your exhaust is to install LT Headers.

Yep...I can confirm that the sound (at lease on my ZO6 w/ Ti system) wasnt as harsh..much more "Refined".."Exotic"... under heavy acceleration the stock sound comes right back..

My SOTP dyno has noted not too much..get one used

I put a Bassani X pipe on at the same time as I put on the Corsa's. Couldn't say one way or the other as to sound or performance.

I installed the Bassani X-pipe because my B&B Route 66 exhaust had a lot of resonance in 6th gear on the highway and there was a lot of popping when I let off the gas. It cured probably about 95% of those two issues for me. I think it made the exhaust note a little deeper but probably didn't affect it one way or the other in terms of performance.

Added a Bassani X pipe several months after installing the Borla Stingers. The gurgle is pretty much gone, the drone is pretty much gone, and the idle is somewhat quieter but just as deep and resonant. However, my son complains that when I'm coming home, he can't here me double clutch down the street like he use to when I had only the Stingers but not the X pipe. Contrary to his request to remove the X pipe, the Bassani X pipe is staying, and if I had to do it again, I would do it without hesitation.

Improves the exhaust note, while reducing drone. With a decent intake (ie vararam) and a tune, an x-pipe will probably add a few hp on the top end.
