I'm considering changing out my stock for something less restrictive -
>I also want more sound but not "straight pipes" I guess like the most
>agressive B&B. I'm looking at the Borla quad round tip set with the
>round mufflers - not the "touring". I listened to a Corsa set on the
>dyno and didn't really do much for me. Anyone have any thoughts,
>experience or advice to share? I'd appreciate it although sound is a
>hard thing to quantify between different ears and opinions.
>Thanks, bojangles5169@verizon.net

You won't find many, if any, that are less restrictive than the stock TI system. If some are less restrictive it will be a very minimal difference. If you make the change it will be for sound only.

Good luck.

I went with Borla Stinger quad oval tips...........for the most part I got nothing in HP increase, and I had it tuned after only this change, I got like almost 5hp more but that could also have been due to different weather conditions from my previous tune.
Different cat back will pretty much only be for sound modification.
If you still want it to be some what quite during normal driving but get loud under throttle then go for the corsa, if you want it really loud all the time get the B&B, or somewhere in between then go for the Borlas.

From what I've seen, it's pretty hard to top the stock Ti exhaust...

Put your money into a set of long tubes, it will change the exhaust sound so it's louder and give you a nice boost in hp
